The basics class is for first time rowers. Let Crew Club’s knowledgeable team help you get started. Learn the terms, timing and proper body positioning.

Our instructors combined bring over 68 years of rowing and coaching experience!

We recommend Crew Basics for the first one or two classes. These rowing classes start with the basic movements, interspersed with frequent stretching. Within 5 minutes you can row well enough to achieve a full body aerobic workout.
