Slow things down and relax with a mindful and peaceful practice focused on longer holds and deeper stretching. The sequence is designed to relieve stress, release tight, tense muscles and restore balance in your body. This class is open for all levels and is a nice complement to your rowing/workout regime. Yoga Mat’s provided.

We recommend Crew Basics for the first one or two classes. These rowing classes start with the basic movements, interspersed with frequent stretching. Within 5 minutes you can row well enough to achieve a full body aerobic workout.
